While there is nothing wrong with that, beach body season is 2 months away and we need to get it together gurl! Here are 5 hacks to make sure those work outs happen. 1.Keep it short and sweet
Why are you struggling through a 30 minute run when you can stay home and do a 20 min HIIT routine in the comfort of your living room? Always opt for a short and intense workout over a longer one where you don’t push yourself.
2.Do it in the morning.
Listen, you have more energy in the morning and less excuses. Imagine trying to go for a run after a long day at college or at work. Those are actual lies fam. It’s just 20 minutes everyday and then you can slay the beach in 2 months time.
3.Do it with your squad
Getting paper and slaying everything should not be the only squad goals, you and your girls have for 2018. How does working out together, slaying the beach and being healthy sound?
4.Double TV time
