It’s not too late to do these things.
With Christmas right around the corner, everyone is probably going into a frenzy with anxiety over what they’ve managed to do and not do. We all might have put down some things on our bucket list that we wanted to do before the clock ticks to 2019. Well, if you’ve managed to accomplish your goals, congrats, if not there’s still some time to do some of the things left. There’s absolutely no need to panic. In addition to all these, there are things that you might not have put on your list that are necessary in order to have a smooth transition to 2019.Whoop whoop!
Here are some of them:
1. Take a look back
Compare your progress over the year. You might feel like you haven’t made any impact over the past months but once you really sit yourself down and try and see where you came from you will see how much accomplishments you’ve managed to add to your progress list.
2. Let go of grudges
Forgive, forget but don’t let yourself lose sight of the lessons you’ve learned from the certain circumstances that might have hurt you over the year. It’s said that when you hold on to something for so long you are potentially blocking blessings from another avenue. So let go sis, it’s not worth it.
3. Take time to unwind
Don’t let yourself go into 2019 tired and unsatisfied of life. Take some time off to relax and get your business and life back into perspective. Unwind, make sure you focus on yourself more, your mental health and your emotional state. Remind yourself to take care of your personal welfare.
4.Plan on the new year
Make plans on where you desire to be by the end of the next year. Set attainable and realistic goals that won’t send you into a mental frenzy because of overreaching. Work with your pace and capacity to commit to goals.
Well, another year down and we can all agree that this year has taught us more than one lesson. From fake friends to financial strife and emotional trauma in certain areas. All I can say is it gets better. So cheers to a better 2019!
