4 Reasons Why Your Breast Might Be In Pain

It does not necessarily indicate that you are pregnant.

You know with a headache or any other ache in your body you can pop a painkiller and wait for the pain to subside after a short while but when it comes to breast pain it’s totally different. You have to get to the bottom of it and even sometimes you’ll end up  having to endure the pain with no fast cure. Breast pain is when you experience breast tenderness, sharp burning pain or tightness in your breast tissue.So there are plenty of reasons why your breasts are in pain.There are two types of breast pain namely cyclic and non cyclic.

Here are some of the reasons why:
1.Your Menstrual Cycle

During your menses ,two hormones namely estrogen and progesterone cause your breasts to feel swollen and mostly it comes two to three days before your periods.It usually affects both breasts and it can range from mild to severe pain.

2.Your Diet

You don’t believe it?It’s actually scientifically proven that women who have a pretty unhealthy diet that constitutes of fat and refined carbs are at a higher risk of getting breast pain.An imbalance of fatty acids within the cells may affect the sensitivity of breast tissue to circulating hormones.

Your breast contains epinephrine which when triggered by the smoke,its level rises and in turn cause your breasts to hurt.Epinephrine is involved with the perception of pain.

4.Bad Unfitting Bras

When choosing your bra you should make sure they aren’t too loose or too tight since you can interfere with your breasts support which in turn leads to discomfort.

If your breasts don’t cease after monitoring them for a while ,you should probably see a doctor for further consultation.
