Wakanda forever.

During her South Africa trip where she performed in the Global Citizen Festival, Beyonce was oozing the African sauciness with every outfit she wore. She supported local African designers with every outfit she wore during her stay both on and off the stage. On her Instagram post showcasing all her outfits, she wrote;

“Thank you to the talented African designers who kept me feeling fresh. Y’all go so hard,”

Here are the African designers Beyonce wore during her South Africa trip;
1. Yhebe Design and Afrikanista.

Beyoncé wore this courtesy of the Ivorian label Yhebe Design. The shirt doesn’t however originate from Africa as it is by Paris-based label Afrikanista.

2. MmusoMaxwell and Adama Paris.

Possibly one of our favorites. The outfit itself is a Jumpsuit by South African brand Mmusomaxwell, and the bag is by Senegalese designer Adama Ndiaye’slabel Adama Paris.

3. Rich Mnisi.

If anyone else wore this they would look absolutely terrible, but our Queen B has managed to pull it off effortlessly. Rich Mnisi is the South African brand that dressed up Beyonce in this patterned button-up blouse and crocodile print skirt.

4. Balmain.

During her performance, one of the outfits was an ancient Egyptian beaded body suit adorned with hieroglyphs. We love how it’s paired with the sunglasses here.

5. Also Balmain.

Another look during the performance was her legendary beaded body suit, a bodice designed similarly to traditional Zulu jewelry.
