The sad truth is Valentine’s day and everything that’s led up to it has put the spotlight on our single status. However, that doesn’t mean we hurdle in a corner belting out Mary J Blige tunes. Instead, grab your girlfriends and make a plan. The Safaricom Jazz Festival has always been a favourite event and this year the 6th edition is happening right after Valentine’s day.
Two-time Grammy award winner Marcus Miller will headline the Safaricom International Jazz Festival scheduled for 17th February 2019.
Marcus Miller will soothe all our lonely hearts with some of his musical hits from Bill Wither’s “Just the Two of Us”, to Luther Vandross’ “Never Too Much”, to songs from Chaka Khan, David Sanborn, Herbie Hancock, Eric Clapton, Aretha Franklin, George Benson, Elton John and Bryan Ferry.
