1.  Drink more water.
Your skin flourishes when you drink water on a daily. The recommended amount of water one should drink is 2 to 4 litres a day. Trust me, it isn’t easy but your skin and body will thank you later in the long run. You’ll start to notice how your skin becomes clear, flawless and has that ultimate glow.
 
2. Never sleep with your makeup on!
Never sleep without cleansing your face even after a 2:00 am late night! As we sleep to vitalize our mind skin automatically rejuvenates and the last thing you put on your face is like food our dermis! So a good and potent night cream according to the individual skin care demand is the true need of hour at that time! This only applies and works when you wash your face, getting rid of all the makeup before you sleep.
3. You have to moisturize.
 Using almond oil for dry to normal skin, or baby oil for oily skin on your face a is the best moisturizer for skin in any weather. For you to get that glowing skin, try to apply the oils when your face is slightly damp and then dab it with tissue. Moisturize every morning and night time before you sleep.
 
4. Sunscreen is a must!

Anytime you leave the house, ladies you better apply that sunscreen layer on your face. A good sunscreen is with SPF 15 and above. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems. By all means, protect your skin from the sun, this is the only way to get that flawless glowing skin.
